Please download our Wishlist PDF here. As Hour Children celebrates these lovely autumn days we offer sincere gratitude for your support and generosity this past year. Hour Children has been home to over 300 mothers and children who have successfully transitioned from prison to their new life. You help that happen in very tangible ways! With Christmas on the horizon we once again ask your help in making this a meaningful time for all. We are deeply grateful for whatever help you can give us, as your gifts are shared in a variety of ways.
  • To children at our annual Christmas party on Dec. 17th (a great reunion for Hour Children families - past and present).
  • To families in our homes for Christmas
  • To children who visit their moms in prison at Taconic Correctional Facility, Beacon Correctional Facility and beyond.
  • To our "outside" community of children in our mentoring program whose mother or father is in prison.
As always we welcome monetary donations to help our services, and we treasure your commitment to share our lives.
You can either deliver gifts or arrange for a pick-up, we would appreciate a response as soon as possible.
We also love our benefactors to visit and meet the families whose lives you've touched.
May God's peace be yours in abundance!
Gratefully,
Sister Tesa Fitzgerald, CSJ
